Our manufacturing capabilities encompass a wide range of advanced techniques to ensure efficiency and quality in every project. We specialize in winding up to 46 AWG magnetic wire, Litz wire, and foil, square, or round wire, using both automatic machine winding and manual shuttle or hook winding methods. Our winding expertise includes bobbin, winding form, and self-supporting winding. Additional services include wire preparation, harness assembly, and IPC-A-610 certified soldering with options for HMP or lead-free solder, all designed to deliver superior performance and reliability.
