Sigma Electronics, Inc. is led by longtime Houston resident Dan Japhet Jr., who has served as President and CEO for the past 12 years. With a background in finance and the oil and gas industry, Dan was well-positioned to take over leadership after investing in the company alongside a group of investors and board members. The engineering and production efforts are directed by Jose Guerrero, who brings 15 years of experience with Sigma and holds an electronics engineering degree from Texas Southern University. Jose has been instrumental in documenting quality processes and developing an internal training program for manufacturing associates, ensuring consistent training standards and high-quality products.

With over 10,000 unique designs, Sigma has built strong, long-term relationships with major customers in the oilfield services industry. Operating from a 35,000 sq. ft. facility in Houston, the company relies on a dedicated team of skilled employees, many of whom hold specialized certifications earned through extensive training in custom wire-wound magnetics.
